I've been looking at the CSM codex, and really like the idea of a quick moving units of troops that can move and shoot, so I naturally looked at the Noise Marines and their sonic blasters. Seems like a solid choice, but instead of laying down buckets of money on the box set which looks like it only comes with one Sonic Blaster(gg, GW), I was wondering what amount of conversion it would take to make normal bolters look noisy enough to count as Sonic Blasters. Any tips, ideas, images?

ooh, if i were you, which i quite propably could be due to our similar projects then i would give some standard marines a kit-bash, and give them guitars....or just stick the wierd exhuast gargoyle head thing from the choas vehicle sprue on the front of the bolters, ive seen it done,,,and well it doesnt look that great but itll do fine if its just for a quick army build
