For point values, as an estimate, I guess my list would look something like this. I don't remember specific points so may be some over/under.
HQ:
Bloodthirster w/ Deathstrike - 275ish points?
Troop:
10 x BloodLetters w/ Icon - 190ish points.
10 x Bloodletters w/ Icon - 190ish points.
10 x Daemonettes w/Icon - 140ish points.
Elite:
4 Bloodcrushers - 160ish points.
Fast:
5 Seekers of Slaanesh - 85ish points.
8 x Flesh Hounds - 120ish
8 x Flesh Hounds - 120ish
Heavy:
Daemon Prince - wings/Mark of Tz and Bolt of Tz - 200ish
Daemon Prince - wings/Mark of Tz and Bolt of Tz - 200ish
That should be about 1700 points, can cut down on Flesh hounds or what not if it is over.
Flesh Hounds, Bloodcrushers, and Seekers are fast as hell, so I would keep them together in which pile you are rolling for, try to DS them out of LOS, behind cover, etc, and hope the possible 24" assault range will be in your favor next turn.
Bloodletters are the hardiest troops you have, so they make your best first wave, although plaguebearers are the best Icon monkeys, 20 T4 5++ units can survive some shooting, although its best to try and overload one flank so you don't have to face your opponents entire army's firepower.
DP's provide some AT with Bolt of Tz, and with wings you can also get them into assault asap if they survive the next turn. The 4+ inv save from Mark of Tz helps them accomplish this a small bit.
That's about all I can think of with what you have. If you want more troops, drop the seekers of slaanesh for about 5 more Bloodletters, or start dropping Hounds. I suppose your best tactic is to overload a flank with sloggers/MC's and try to position your fast units to intercept your opponents wheel when they try to bring the rest of their army against yours. If things go well, your forces should meet up in the middle.
