I ran a similar list and it played out decent but didnt seem to have that spice of life I am looking for, so I revised it and am welcome to feedback...
Hive Tyrant (196)
wings, 2x TL Dev, WS, TS, ES
Genestealers x7 (147)
EC, FH
Genestealers x7 (147)
EC, FH
Hormagaunts x14 (154)
FH
Warrior's x3 (141)
AG (I), BP, EC, SCY, Rend, Wings
Warrior's x3 (141)
AG (I), BP, EC, SCY, Rend, Wings
Carnifex (148)
ES, VC, BS
Carnifex (177)
2x Scyth Talons, EC, RC, BE, AG (I, WS)
So my idea is little Synapse, so independant units for the most part, I also wanted high mobility. I have the Flyrant for high shots, kill troops etc, Gene's for yea, rending death, picked up the horms for speed and a slight shield to allow the warrior's to move in with 5 attacks on the charge, 4 of the 5 with rending. Shooty Fex for anti tank, the rending will help with anti tank too, and to round it out a shiny CC Fex for guns to shoot at... and once he does get into combat, it'll be nasty, although I could swap him out for another shooty fex and free up a few points to boot... anyway thats my thoughts. My last list was 3 packs of stealers 2 shooty fex's and the tyrant, seemed to plain to me so I spiced it up Thanks.

Close combat carnifexes are useless. With a 24" space between you and your opponent, you're getting into combat turn 4 or 5 at most, and even in combat it's still going to die to powerfists. I don't know exactly what some of your abbreviations are supposed to be, what's FH on the stealers and BP on the warriors? Your tyrant build is good. If you want to take gaunts give them +I and +WS so they go first and hit on 3's against most things. Winged warriors are so fragile, you can be successful depending upon how much terrain you and your group usually uses. Hormies don't screen warriors so they can still shoot them. Warriors with leaping and EC can work but they'll still die to heavy bolters and autocannons. In general warriors aren't that great.

"But remember that there are over 1000 chapters of spase marienz! So the SM codex has to cover over 1000 different kinds of spase marienz! Codex CSM only has to cover 1 kind (the Chaos kind). And I don't even think Eldar are a kind of spase marienz at all. Hurr!"

Thanks for responding to my post, FH is Flesh Hooks and BP on the warrior's is Bio Plasma. True enough, if I drop the CC Fex I could get the VC/BS Fex, the idea of a walking wrecking crew has appeal to me, my Fex's are magnitized so I can try each out. Yes, the warrior's are fragile but I really want to field some and see how they play out, thanks for the advice on the gaunts, ill find a way to get the points for the WS and I for em. Oh back to the CC fex, yes, he is slow and with all his upgrades a bit of a fire magnet, but thats what he's in the list for, he's a shiny for people to shoot at. Thats the idea at least, thanks again for the feedback, ill recheck my list, hopefully get to play test it this coming Friday!

Bio plasma isn't worth what it costs especially if your opponent removes the model in base contact and you don't get the rest of your attacks. I would try the cc fex and then another vc/bs fex and see which one you find helps your army better, my bet will be the shootyfex but who knows.
