ok, so i just bought the lizardmen batallion box, a scar Veteren and a skink priest and 3 kroxigors. out of these I can make a 1,000 pt army. my question is, what shoiuld I use. the army i have draen up has a unit of 14 saurus with sotek, a unit of 10 saurus, a unit of 12 skinks with scout, a unit of 10 skinks, 3 kroxigors with ancient, a skink priest with dispel scroll, and a scar vet with light armour shield and sotk, and that shield that gives him +1 attack. I didn't use the saurus cavalry. this comes up to 996 pts. any sugestions? I havn't played a game with them yet.

i'd drop the kroxigor ancient, it's useless. pick up mark of quetzl for the scar vet. then drop the skinks down to 10. pick up some more saurus (unless you don't want to buy more models). that should be about right

thanks. I did just pick up a salamander hunting pack yesterday. i added him and 7 saurus cold one riders and dropped the skinks to 10 to make up a 1500 pt force. I'll drop the ancient if you say he is usless. chould I get more kroxigors when I plan to expand to 2,000 or should I go with somthing else on top of the next surus unit. oh yea, i have two bases of jungle swarms.

i would beef the unit up to 4, because then they have some hitting power that can actually win a combat against block units. i would also beef the saurus units up to 24, add 2-3 sallies, and then 2-3 skink units plus characters
