Well your list is definitely a bit odd.

It does not exactly fit the description of a Mechanized list per se.

That doesn't really matter. What does is the list of suggestions I can come up with:

I recommend that you get rid of the Cenobyte Servitor from the Reclusiarch's Command Squad. Servitors are really only useful if you have a huge Crusader Squad with them. In the case of an 8-man Command Squad, it's not really worth it.

Your Reclusiarch will kill vehicles much more efficiently if you replace his Krak Grenades with Melta Bombs. Terminator Honors are not worth it either. For an extra point, you could be purchasing a Marine. If you are going to give the Chaplain an Holy Orb of Antioch, I would get rid of the Plasma Pistol. He will probably only get one chance to shoot all game (hopefully he'll be in close combat the rest of the game), so you want that one time to really count.

I think your three Crusader Squads need to be reorganized. They aren't necessarily bad, they just need to be optimized. I would make two of the squads have 10 Initiates and 3 Neophytes each (though I believe that your best option would be to have an equal number of each type in a squad), and group your Plasma Gun and Lascannon into a single squad of 9 Initiates. They will act as your dedicated shooting.

I guess the rest of the list looks all right. I personally don't like Predator Tanks, because of their very thin side armor, but that's a matter of taste. Your Mileage May Vary, as they say.

Currently, the Emperor's Champion will not be able to join the Chappy and his retinue in a drop pod. He will have to hoof it.
