Subject: Chaos Raptors - do they exchange BP for special weapons?
The wording in the codex is rather unclear. It's obvious to me that a raptor exchanges his BP for a plasma pistol. But does he exchange BP for a special weapon, or keep his BP and take the special weapon in addition?

Whats not clear? Unless it says 'replace' then why would it replace another weapon? It doesn't.
