Can a demon prince with mark of tzeench take two of the same psychic power? Such as 2 bolts of change?

Why would he? It only wastes points and I don't think it is possible although the wording is vague.

"If it does not have the mark of Khorne, a Daemon Prince may be psyker by taking one of the following psychic powers (models with the mark of Tzeentch may take up to two):"

That wording doesn't specify not being able to take the same two. If this entire thing is about using 2 shooting powers, yes it can be done, and you don't need to take the same power twice. The mark of Tzeentch allows you to shoot two and the MC is able to shoot twice, so you can do it. This was cleared up on the GW sites errta/FAQ of the CSM Codex.

Yep, the Ahriman answer spells this out very clearly, "Powers that are psychic shooting attacks can only be used once per turn."
Given that, I'd say that even if you did buy the SAME power twice, it's still the same power and can only be used once per turn..............

You can shoot the same power twice. Ahriman isn't a MC that's why his "answer" is wrong for the DP.

Ummm, the monstrous creature question in the FAQ rererences shooting two different powers, not the same power twice..................

So no, you still can't shoot the same power twice, even if you are a monstrous creature.
