Hey folks,

Recently I decided that the Schedule a Game forum was really just not working the way I thought it should. It's been plagued by threads asking "Is anyone even out there?" when it should be filled to the brim with actual game scheduling! The reason: There isn't a set list of where folks are gaming from. To fix this I've set up a new system for keeping track of all the Dakka folks and help bring those in the same area together for some serious gaming. I'm calling it The Dakka Gamers Catalog. It's a very very very simple solution to one of the biggest problems folks have with this hobby, finding opponents!

I've taken the liberty of adding a lot of the prominent members of Dakka that have put their location information in their profiles. And we've already had a good number of folks signing up to put their name on the list. As folks put their info up, I will add them to the list and remove their post to keep things nice and neat.

So if you've been searching for folks in your area, or are just looking to bring some new blood into your existing group, be sure to check out the Dakka Gamers Catalog and get yourself added to the list.

We're already up to 123 people cataloged. Keep those sign ups coming folks.

This project gives me hopes to get some Dakka Games Days going in the future ^_-. Something I've wanted to put together for a long while now!

Hurmmmmm.....

There's a big empty space in the mall that one of my shops is in, probably around 4000 sq. ft. Might be able to get that for a Fri-Sun deal. (Usually no charge.) I've got scenery and tabletops for for 20 or so tables, plus the 8 down in the store.

Might be doable if a good weekend was found, and Philly was an acceptable spot.

....and lo!.....The Age of Sigmar came to an end when Saint Veetock and his hamster legions smote the false Sigmar and destroyed the bubbleverse and lead the true believers back to the Old World.
