4 MCs and 1 horror come in on the first wave, 5 horrors and one icon MC on the second. If the order is reversed the horros come in out of los if possible and wait for the oracle before moving up to shoot.
Counter charge is covered (somewhat) by 5 mcs, anti tank by up to 13 str 8 shots and forcing up to 6 leadership rolls for the enemy to shoot back. This list should be hell for Tau or shooty eldar.

You can only take the Changeling once. Also, DP's cannot take Icon's.
Other than that, I've found that horrors in small groups are not very reliable. You generally either shoot 1 str 8 shot at 4+ at a vehicle or 15 str 4 shots at 4+ at infantry. The more volume of fire you can put out, the more damage you'll do. I'd try and go with bigger horror squads and let your MC's handle ranged AT with their superior BS.

Maximizing breath of chaos (3x flamers, LoC, 3x DP) and then going for ballsy strikes or well-placed icons seems to be about the most brutal shooting the demons can pull off in my mind. But also the chanciest for how close everybody has to get ... Hence some icons on hearty horror squads, who also fling fire at everybody and everything. Keep in mind that BoC also auto-glances vehicles, which while not great in 5th is pretty sweet right now.

6 Changlings would be quite overpowered for only +5 points. you will on average shut down 3 enemy shooty units per turn. is a good thing you can only have 1.
flamers are nasty, they are essentially lance weapons vs AV13 or 14 (glance on 4+, shame they cant pen). and 3 templates wounding on 4s with no saves will easily earn back their points when firing at infantry. if you want give one a bolt that will really give vehicles trouble. much more effective than a unit of flying melta-bombs (screamers)

Two different posters have already pointed that out.
Two things:
1) Why the LoC? Wouldn't a couple of Heralds be better value for points? I know you want to max your MCs, but the LoC seems kinda overpriced for what he does.
2) Isn't it going to be difficult to DS "out of los" in 5th? In practice, I think you will find your Horrors getting shot up horribly every time the roll doesn't go your way.
