This determines wheter you will use him a primary caster for your force and go for 2 big spells or 3-4 smallers spells. Casting costs of the spells will be critical. So no point in taking all spells that are hard to cast. My favorites are the 8+ to cast 2d6 st4 magic missiles. They massacre light troops, and can knock of a couple of heavy cav,
well I will have total of 10 PD from him, base and 2 L2 tzeentch wizards with possibly Heaven. I will cast Boon of tzeentch for d3+1 extra - since he gets +2 to cast i can try to roll 1 die for the boon. I think I will use kairos for mostly damage. here is my 2 lists (heads):
Head1:
Drain life (on heavy armored ones)
beast cowers(against heavy cav armies)
pit of shades(against ogres or other low I units)
wall of fire(against big mobs)
Conflag of doom (if have 2nd sign setup from other wizards... this could get nasty with re-rolls)
head 2:
howler wind (against shooty units)
cleansing flare (against
gen. units)
guardian light (combat help)
2nd sign
Uranon's T bolt(ind. char picker)
comet( mass dest. against mobs)
spirit of forge(against heavy armor armies)
