The Bloodthirster certainly needs the Infernal Fury (I consider that gift pretty much mandatory for every 'Thirster). You can swap the so-so obsidian armor for the fury + Armor of Khorne for example and this actually saves you some points.

Also, 10 Bloodletters aren't going to do much. Keep the 15 man block, but switch the other two into Horrors for more dispel dice and possibly getting a Magic Missile off.

You can't take 2 Spell Breakers on the Thirster. Really, what's the point of 12 Bloodletters? They're never going to do anthing against a half decent regiment. One attack per model, with 1 rank for static resolution does not bode well. Only Horrors can really get away in small units. Looks good otherwise.

Darn, you are right that 1 daemon can't take two spell breakers, man I wish my herald could carry one...
As for the 12 daemons, its part of a shell game, each can do something if the herald joins them. The others are decent for flanking and or are cheap. I see that horrors with the extra Dispel dice would be perhapes a better choice but I wanted a korne themed army (not to mention I have bloodletter models).
No question Tzeentch is the bomb in this dex. I think and all tzeentch army with flesh hounds and maybe a few screening/ war machine hunting/ march blocking furies would be about the best army you could field.

as Zned said the 12 man bloodletter units will do nothng for you at best. against most standard blocks they will be facing 3 ranks, banner, outnumber, making them already down by 3 combat res. then they have to make that up by killing 4+number of kills the opponent gets. all in all they will break ever time they charge/are charged. If you want to use the bloodletters then bring big blocks 6 wide and 3-4 deep. opponents may then respect your troops more and you won't have so many bad results with combat.
why put the herald on the juggernaught? he's better off in a unit of bloodletters for combat res and extra attack power.

Correct on all counts. 12 letters is not a good investment. I am unfortuantly tied to letters or daemonettes as troops as those are what I have. So here is another list variant.
10 blood letters
10 blood letters
10 blood letters
5 furies
3 Blood Crushers of Korne
Standard Bearer
Icon of Endless War
Musician
5 Flesh hounds
5 Flesh hounds
5 Flamers of Tz
Blood Thrirster
Obsidian Armor
Immortal Fury
Spell Breaker
Korne Herald
BSB
Standard of Sundering
Armor of Korne
Juggernaught
The Herald now has a decent possie, The Thirster is about as well protected as he is going to get. The 3 core choices are now just cheap charge bait. Is this better or worse?

Uhh you have way WAY too much tied up in big guys and specialist troops, not enough blocks.
Only Tzeentch demons can do this.

I like this list the most of those that you've posted. The 2x flamers jammed in an all Khorne list makes the molten brass within my stomach churn, but I do hear they're absolutely on crack. And either modeled appropriately or painted in some slick red gore they could still at least look the business for the Khorne boys :S Everything I've heard says that 12 letters run 6x2 is the only real way to go with Khorne's lesser minions, and these dudes get you the 3 core needed pretty swiftly. Clean up that extra spell breaker on the thirster and I think this is a list that will do very well against any of the Band B / C lists I run and remain pretty solid against A lists too. I guess it's not "instant win" going by the other comments, but it's damn mean all the same. - Salvage
