I would give the marauders flails, for only 10pnts a unit it will actually give them a use as a flanking unit with str 5. Thats exactly the rig i had for my lord only without the shield (5pnts dearer then an enchanted shield) personally i wouldn't take khorne for the chosen knights as they hard enough maybe tzeentch handy - only 1 save and its worth it. Exalted champions are hard to ignore at 90pnts and now t5 to boot but overall i think this is about as good as its gonna get for now :(

Get more scrolls (4 total). Get the flails. Drop atleast two units of Knights (I'd drop all of them) and get chariots. Three units of Marauders with flails and 8 Khorne chariots plus two units of dogs and a missile-immune Dragon will scare people. Don't think that it won't work, because it will. You'll have so many units that you can do essentially whatever you want out there. I've won a fairly competitive tournament with a similar High Elf army (Dragon and 8 Tiranoc chariots), and this Chaos is probably stronger. 8 chariots that each land D6+1 S5 hits and 8 additional attacks from the crew and the horses.

Lose that Runesword. Just give the boss a flail as a weapon, and don't forget Armour of Damnation.

Lord of Tzeentch on dragon with flail, golden eye and armour of damnation - 655

2 x lvl 2 sorcerers with 3 scroll between them in chariots - 495

3 x 10 marauders with flails - 180

8 x khorne chariots - 920

Total = 2250

should work but is boring as hell
