It’s clearly Killer Croc, Katana, Harley Quinn, & Mr J.
They’re a big improvement.
However, I wish they’d draw more from their anime inspiration. That anime/manga look pervaded the catalogue of minis back in the old days. These one off celebrity/pop-culture rips are kinda cheezy
Is that a natural 21?

Yes. The Spitfire profile is apparently being removed.
OK, one less mini to buy...unless RPG. What's the difference in boxes then?
Old Druze box had Combi Rifle+LGL, one modeled with a DEP, one with Combi Rifle+CCW, and a Hacker.
The new Druze box has Chain Colt(proxy fodder), Hacker, Shock Marksman Rifle, HMG.

OTOH, new Morlocks. Interesting... Anyone seen renders? (Please no more 'shout-outs' to comic book characters. One sufficed.)
Ah well, no interest in playing Bakunin anyway. Plus, such insipid characters from which to draw inspiration. At least give us an anthropomorphic raccoon.

Yep, the Bayram box. QK is already done so yeah I said "Sectorial" as I meant the "smaller group of limited models under the larger umbrella of a larger selection" but that isn't going to be the same case with the NA2.

Bayram box is more likely to feature Brawlers than Druze.
The QK starter was literally just repackages of existing stuff. I could see them being douchey enough these days to put the MSR Druze into a QK starter.

- 2 Druze with basic rifle profiles. (makes a total of 6 models with the Druze box and allows for a blister or two later on)
- 1 Brawler with basic or proxy profile. (makes a total of 6 models with a Brawler SWC box and Spec-Ops blister, with an easy potential for 1 more blister)*
- 1 Hunzakut with Rifle/Shotgun (leaves a Sniper Blister and current Ghost-Trap blister)
and either...
- 1 Bashi in a button pushing pose
OR
- 1 Modded Clipper (I am probably wishlisting too hard here, thought it could be just due to my desire to see it in Druze colours)
* Brawlers currently have the following weapon loadouts, not including doc and hackers etc.
- Rifle+Light Shotgun
- HRL
- SMG
- Multi Sniper
I could easily see SMG, Multi Sniper, Hacker headset and a Pistol Proxy in the SWC box.
A HRL in a Blister.
Along with a Basic Rifle+LSG in the base pack that is enough to cover all the needs we have a AVA 4 unit until a Spec-Ops comes along.

While I like seeing pop culture things done infinity style from an art standpoint I'm rather sad they got rid of the female assault pistol that's been a hallmark of infinity design. I've been looking forward to seeing an updated version of her since Angel's kickstarter with the 75mm version.

Same -Loki-, that is a surprise that comes in from the side and mashes that objective's buttons good.
Sure WIP 12 isnt that good but when on a 17 point platform I can live with it.
Automatically Appended Next Post: ...And it is in the QK list as of 5 seconds ago when I looked. Woooo.

it is? it's not in mine o.o
So many games, so little time.
So many models, even less time.
Screw it, Netflix and chill.

The mobile one seems to take longer to be updated so that might be why.

i was really hoping I'd like that Charontid once I saw it painted, but I just don't. It's looks way too bulky. That worked well for the Xeodrons, but here it just looks silly. I also don't care for the head.
The Warcor is nice, although I'm not sure why we need a second one.

I like the new Morlocks well enough and they're definitely technically superior to the originals, but they're rather restrained looking pose wise to the point where I'm quite happy with what I've got.
Still... 9 Morlock list? Maaaaaaybe?

The Charontid is size 5 so the mini makes sense to me.
The not killer Croc looks great, the rest of the Gruppe are disappointing. They seem to be sacrificing interesting design and poses for pop culture references, which is a shame as there's really no reason they can't do both.
Are we expecting the Druze box next wave?

There is when the thing in question that they're shoe-horning the pop culture reference onto doesn't work.
Are we expecting the Druze box next wave?
No...? Druze box is already out. It came out with the Szalamandra.

It hadn't even occurred to me that they'll do a sectorial box. I had just assumed that we were meant to use the outrage characters as proxy models. But a box makes a lot of sense.

Arslan was a Turk, a rather famous/notorious one too ( see: Battle of Manzikert) I would think to see a character with that name associated with the Kaplans.

It lets them release 3 Druze profiles that have no models(MSR with CH, CR+D.E.P., and the CR+LGL) and get 3 Brawlers out; including one that will likely be a popular choice(HRL) and another that will likely be a popular choice (Engineer).
Brawlers could then just be given a two model blister to round things out for the Hacker and MSR with MSVL2.
And while not legal for the points value, I should mention that they don't ever seem to care when that's the case and they "feel it's a cool set".

Arslan was also the name of the security chief in "Outrage". He's in the dossier in back, between Iblis and El Toro. Ignore the weird griffiny thing.
