You don't win a war by dying for your country, you make the other poor bastard die for his.

Sad, isn't it?

(But wait until the 5th edition SM Codex comes out! You'll see a difference then!)

i must say im not really seeing the point of this list, other than to spam templates.

noise marines with doom sirens and blastmasters are infinately better than CSM with flamers and missile launchers.

dreadnoughts are just bad

3 oblits are better than 6 havocs with missile launchers (lascannon are better than krak missiles, plasma cannon are better than frag missile, oblits have the same wounds, better armour, an inv save, are fearless and cost less points)

your chosen can have 4 flamers and a missile launcher (although i wouldnt take the missile launcher because you cant shoot it and move to fire your flamers. have 5 flamers)

make your sorcerer a demon prince, give him wings and change BoC to wind of chaos.

taking up the mission

If we were to play each other in a tournament, not only would I table you, I would murder you, your family, every woman you ever loved and burn down your house. I mean, what's the point in winning if you allow people that don't take the game seriously to live?

Pretty much agree 100% with the above posters - you can do the whole "mass template/effect" playstyle even more effectively by focussing on the units that make chaos unique.

Id like to see a movement option for the sorcerer - either wings or a chaos bike. This will then allow the hero to act as a deterrant for would be assaulters that want to get into H2H with your gunline. Warp Time + Wind of Chaos cross your mind? Its rather good and is in theme with your playstyle.

Dreadnoughts are pretty rubbish and the chosen seem a little confused. As other have said, Noise Marines are much better at range than CSMs, Id probably liquidate the 4th non mounted CSM unit to achieve that. Alternatively you could drop run four units, two with rhinos, two wthout, so that in Dawn of War, you either have two forward blockers, or, your troops coming on from reserve can be quickly deployed to the front line - which ever you think is more useful.

It does look fun, and should work quite well.

Good Luck!
