Fanatics, Squig Hoppers, large units of 30 goblins, a few units of 20 orcs (sometimes upgraded to big 'uns for the +1 WS and +1 St), Spider Riders and sometimes a chariot or a few warmachines.
O&G are actually a flexible army, you just have to get used to the idea that sometmes your army won't do what you want them to or will do things you don't want them to do.
