I am going to golden demon and gamesday this year and was wondering what should I do there ? I'll probobaly do the scrap demon thing and play some games and check out the models that havent been released yet and have a look at the forgeworld stuff! But aside from that what should I do?

get a look at the GD entries? I'd reconment headin gup to the Black Library stand while they've got everything still, FW and scrap demons a good call. Can't afford to go this year :( hopefully be there next year though.

Any chance you could get soephotos of the main deisplayand post them? They're usuallly quite nice, the old empire vs undead with the big ship was cool. WD doesn't seem to cover it as well as they used to. There's no way of taking the detial in without them doing it.

Is scrap demon the name for the conversion competition? I haven't been to GD for about 3 years, but I used to come away with bagfulls of sprues I'd 'used for my conversion'...

I was thinking of borrowing a few sprues as well!

I went Yesterday and the conversion contest was always busy, the only time I saw an open seat I wasn't sure if anyone was there or if I had to ask a redshirt for the piece to being or not.
