yes i know i went a few points over bord but for a first army i think i went rather well, comment if you feel, but any feedback will help in a better army.

Needs more deticated shooty units for support like a oblitorator or havoks

That's more than a few points over. Don't forget that you need to be under or at the listed points (ie, 1000). The toughest part about creating an army list is figuring out what to get rid of.

If I were you, I'd drop the Thousand Sons squad and either the dreadnought or the bikers entirely. Get rid of the Power Weapon on the one Aspiring Champion and consider swapping out the Aspiring Champions for the Mark of Chaos Glory in each squad (same price, better chance of sticking around). As Squig_herder said, you'll probably want some more ranged anti-tank as well.
