Well I've been adding more to my SOLID GOLD marines (count as gray knights look like cutodeus).

Originally I used chaos warrior with different elf, dark elf and eldar heads. Cheap DA bodies at the Warstore and some leftover dire avenger heads led me try another squad.

Look for painted ones soon.

Where do the flames bit come from?

Flames are torches from the flaggelent sprue.

The justicar is a chaos warrior body. He'll go on an old squad, while that squad's justicar who used a BT body will join this one.

Looking good. The only suggestion I might make is to go a bit more crazy. Drums for all the bolters for instance. Also, try to scrape off a bit of the face mask on the avenger heads. Just by the chin the raised portion of the mask moves upwards toward the face. Try filing that down so it stays flat against the chin. A little change like that will make abig difference and let you get some more variety out of your bitz.

Great stuff, KK! I have to say I really like how the Dire Avenger heads look on the marine bodies. And once again, you are the master of using the flagellant flames!

Maybe it's just in the pictures, but the heads look kinda thin to me. Keep up the good work on these, can't wait to see them painted.

I dont know that I dig the eldar/marine thing too much.

Like the models Elder heads thorwing me off try using HE heads.
