I love the paint scheme! The purple is a nice alternative to pink. How much do you think the whole army cost to put together? I play marines and I would have a hard time lasting more than a few turns against that horde!

The Twins are indeed inquisitor assassins. The lighter one using Belakor's wings and the Avatar's hair, the darker one uses Morathi's horse's wings and hair.

The cost of the army? I have no idea. I bitz ordered all the sonic stuff and shoulder pads before they made them into bitz packs, so that's a good few dollars in pads and guns alone. I find it best not to think about the answers to questions like this

Awesome - someone pointed out the twins, so I came to have a look at the whole army itself. very impressive, And I really like the colour scheme + paint job.

First of all awesome army. i am just getting into 40k and I have decided to paint a emperor's children army (after stripping my guys three times)
I was wondering how did you get that purple to come out so nicely?

Multiple coats, different shades.

Step one, prime black
Step two, paint w/ liche purple
Step three, paint w/ 2/3s liche purple, 1/3 tentacle pink
Step four, highlight with 1/2 liche purple, 1/2 tentacle pink

All very nice - I particularly like the Terminators and tank iconography. The Inquisitor models as Daemon Princes are a great idea - I've seen many Inquisitor models used this way...
The Belakor-based model doesn't quite sit right with me though... It's either the sword or the wings. Either way, your paintwork and uniformity is supreme as usual, and more than makes up for my perceived petty issues.

I love the nice purple color, especially on the soulgrinder in your demon army. I wouldn't mind seeing pictures of your other demon armies.

Looks great this, I've been toying with doing a Emperors Children army in purple and pink but this puts the nail in the coffin!

Yeah, I have to agree that the particular shade of purple you have going there really gives the army a unique and very crisp color on the board, very nice!
