Subject: Help with 40k basing kit

I've ried searching the forums for this but couldn't find anything that helped me with me question. What do you do with the metal sheet bitz in the kit? You know the brass stuff that has the skulls, and wire mesh looking stuff. I have no idea how to use it in my marine army.
Any help will be welcome.

I think the squares with the corners ripped out are supposed to be like road signs and stuff like that.. so yeah you can use it for your characters or add it to terrain pieces too.

still using the first kit through out 3 armies.
also works well with some gw sand in the crushed slate.

I just use them for random debris on my bases. Works good for terminator bases, dreadnaughts too. Or you could decorate vehicles or buildings with the skull panels and aquilas. That kit is a blast to play with.

I dunno if they still have it since I haven't seen it lately, but I also got a Hero basing kit a while back.. it came with some slate I think and also had some nifty little resin skull piles. If you ever see that pick it up too, you'll get a real good mix of cool basing goodies.
