obviously this list relies heavily on the blood knights scince they are such a point sink however thier many rings of protections endures them until they can get stuck into an enemy and with the bonuses generated by 2 vampires and 2 banners means theyll heve a strong lead especially after whats killed on the charge.

I don't think it will work against a solid list. The way this list is right now it can and will do good against the average list out there. But the lack of magic will be this lists downfall. With a whopping 5 casting dice you will be having some issues when it comes to keeping your army alive or even getting van hels off.
It needs to have more magic or it will not function the way you are hoping it will.

You can't take more than one of any magic item. You'll have to change out at least one of those Sword of Mights. Not really sure why you want them anyways, since you'll have lances. THe raising sword might do you better.
In any case, this is a clear case of all your eggs in a single basket. I don't think it will work very well, but at least it's simple.

Its not very good honestly, too many eggs in one basket, and very character heavy. A well designed tournament list would tear it to pieces.
You need much more auxilliary.

You really need to drop the blood knights completely, they're already ridiculous but a unit of 10 is just too many points. Instead, try dropping them and getting some black knights. They'll break units just as well and with the regen magic banner and a half fighty half magic lord you should be able to do some serious damage with this unit.
You also need flyers for harassment and march blocking, fell bats are great for this. In the same vein you need some dire wolves for baiting and dealing with other fast cav. I wouldn't take anything other than min core zombies for table quarters unless you're willing to invest points in grave guard and change the list from cav to foot. The skeletons aren't going to do anything other than die. If you up your magic you could use zombies for a tarpit unit but other than that they aren't useful at all.

I agree with you for the most part, I would not make a Lord 50/50. I have found it best to make her either magic heavy or a combat machine. I use a very heavy magic Lord and it pans out pretty well, I usually raise 20-30 Skeletons every turn. I try to bolster my units in the first turn or 2, then use bound spells to get the army moving or always strikes first. For 2000pts, 10 Blood Knights is too many! Go with some Black Knights and Grave Guard, I like the Skeletal Steeds ignoring terrian, you can set up some nasty charge/counter charges with them! Just my opinion!
