Till July 19th I am selling my model kits at 50% off. Place an order on my website, or send me an email at kirbykevin@sbcglobal.net. I will discount the price manually and send an email for confirmation. You can use a credit card on my website securely, or we can do paypal to my email address.
The res-units and the city square are all large, provide plenty of blocking terrain and cover saves. I am still working on a factory kit and an orbital landing installation like the one in the latest White Dwarf. I will be posting pictures as I get prototypes finished...

I had no idea you were flying tricycle.
I have been a big fan of your kits and counters for quite a long time now.
That said, there is alot of interesting things I would like to buy from your site, yet you have no pictures available. (Wild west stuff, ship, etc)
It makes it hard to make an informed decision regarding purchasing those goods.

I know, I know...
I enjoy making the kits, but i'm not so good at the web stuff. I'll be making an effort to update the site with more photos, dimensions and assembly tips. If you have anything specific you would like to see let me know and I'll do my best to post here. I'm going to try the western buildings and ship now.

Nice stuff, never seen it before.
Is it possible to get a larger, higher-res pic (with a mini for scale) of the fortification line/pillboxes. That'd be excellent for Apoc.
And I'm anxious to see this "orbital landing installation" you speak of...
PS. How do you ship and how much is it?

I'll get cracking on some new pictures with minis for scale, as well as dimensions in general. Shipping will vary, but will probably start about $6.50 and up in the USA. The larger kits come in boxes roughly 13"x11"x2". If I can go first class on those, I'm guessing $8.00 or $9.00. Of course if you get several kits the shipping per kit will be a lot better.

Great. Now lets see that ship.
I have 9 people at the FLGS that want sailing ships to play Legends of the High Seas but are butterfingers with scratch building their own.
Due to how specific the requirements for ships classes by length are in LotHS, please include size specs.
In fact, I might just pass on the picture that that very same LGS and have him do an order from you.

Okey doke Hellfury, here is the ship in all it's glory. I try not to paint my stuff up or model anything extra on, so what you see is what you get. I included the mini for scale, it is 1-1/2" tall.
The kit can be assembled to stack the decks, as you can see in the last photo. It includes a ships boat, gratings for the deck, all stairs, and fighting tops for the masts. The ship is not divided into cabins or compartments, as wooden fighting ships went into battle "cleared for action". All the interior spaces on the fighting decks were built with partitions that the ship's carpenter could dismantle to make one long gun deck, this is where the term "clean sweep, fore and aft" originated. A good modeler can add details like cabin partitions, ships furniture, fixed and running rigging, anchors, wheels, etc...
Model shipways is online and can provide all these items, including cannon and anything else to kit out a ship model.
The dimensions:
Stem to stern - 19.5"
LOA - 21"
Beam - 4.25"

So, in your fantasy section, what's the deal with the "City Square?"
I presume that the "Grand Staincase" is the T-shaped one?
How many regular staircases come with the City Square?

The City Square comes with the square itself and 2 straight staircases. The Grand Staircase has the T-shaped stair and a small square that can be added to the city square. All the stairs are made so standard bases can slot under the treads, so they'll stay put.
The City Square itself is 15" square, with a floor height of 3" and a wall height of 3-5/8". With the stairs added on it is quite large, even large enough to place other buildings on.

I have to say Krak_kirby, that that ship is quite cool. More than what I was expecting. Its an extraordinary foundation of a great ship in the making. Much better than the other dozen or so sites I have exhaustively researched for adequate ships kits.
I am going to do my damndest to convince my LGS to make an order from you. I will be ordering a couple myself, regardless.
I am also going to post this on the LOTHS Yahoo newsgroup for you as I am certain that will drum up some easy business there.
Cheers mate and heres to hoping the sale turns out well for you.
(and just a heads up, Legends of the High Seas and Legends of the Old West are really booming games right now, so it would be in your best interest to market them on sites that discuss such things. Those ships are certain to be a good seller.)
[edit]
One question that was brought up by the LGS owner:
He noticed that the ship had one set of stairs for the forecastle.
Does it come with two other sets for the aft decks (sternacastle and poophouse)?

The materials are included to build port and starboard stairs for all three decks, and under the fore and aft gratings down to the gun deck. The stair stringers are precut and spaced to take thin 1/16" treads. The treads are included in strip form which can be cut to length with a razor and trimmed/sanded after gluing. I use a little chopper tool that takes a single edge razor blade and has a little fence and stops for repeat cuts, but measuring and cutting will work as well.
I'm particularly proud of the stairs and the fighting tops, as I feel they add a lot to the "shippy" feel of the model.
One thing I should mention though is this kit takes more advanced modeling skills than my other kits. The plywood is engraved and cut to be formed at the bow and stern. I soak the pieces in hot water to make them easier to bend, but it's still a little tricky. The kit includes wooden clamps to help hold the curve, but especially if you want it stackable, it takes some patience and fitting to get the pieces to work together. Most dedicated gamers who have built a land raider crusader or done vehicle conversions should handle it ok, and I'm always available by email, but fair warning, curves in wood are a
Dietrich, I have no plans right now to do additional tokens, but I may get around to it eventually. With GW pumping out sets of cool green ones, I imagine my market will be a little flat for tokens...

I can ship to the UK, but cost would depend on what you want. I would pack multiple kits (individually bagged) in one box to save costs, and postal service would be slow, but a lot cheaper than fed-ex or UPS.
The Elevated Walkway is kind of like a wooden train track set, in that the individual sections fit together to make different layouts. There are 2 straight sections with stairs, 4 regular straights, and 2 45 degree curves, about 48" worth altogether. It's 6" height to the walkway (I'm making all my terrain in multiples of 3"), and 2-1/2" wide at the top. Each support has three 1-5/16" holes that allow you to run pvc pipe through to represent a refinery pipeline or some other industrial setting. This can be used with 90 degree elbows to create blocking or impassible terrain, to troops and/or vehicles, along portions or the whole length of the straight sections. I still haven't figured out how to run pipe around the curves, but maybe a customer will and can clue me in.
I'll be getting pics of this, the res-units, the defense line, and new even larger kits I'm working on.

I got a terrific response from this offer, so I'm a little behind. I'll be shipping all the orders I received this week tomorrow morning, so most folks should see their orders early next week. I'll also be checking shipping rates for a few kits overseas, for those folks in the UK or elsewhere. Saturday is the last day to get the half off discount, but anyone waiting on shipping quotes will still get the discount of course.
I'm still working on the factory model, and I hope to have pics up in a week or so. The footprint of the model will be approximately 15" by 26", and about 12" in height, so it's big! After that is an orbital landing facility with a landing pad or two, lots of gantries and stairs, and a control tower/ maintenance structure.
Thanks to everyone giving my kits a try!

I'd just like to chime in to encourage anyone who's on the fence about this terrain to go ahead and order it. I picked up the Ruined Bridge about three years ago, and within a month it had became the single most-used piece of terrain in my gaming group. Every single Mordheim game during two years of campaigns used that piece. I mean no offense, but the pictures really don't do the product the justice it deserves - the planks for the floor even have laser-etched woodgrain. The detail is just exquisite.
I just put my own order in, and I'm extremely excited - the Terror Tower in particular has been on my to-buy list for almost a year. Sadly, that discretionary modeling budget always seems to be committed months in advance...

I will chime in as well.
I recall a very long time ago (must be over 8 years now?) I picked up the ruined bridgehouse for mordheim games and it is still one of the better terrain pieces I have in my collection. It has lasted this long and been used quite a bit. Still great looking. Worth every penny.
