Hi! My name is Nick and I am a long time 40k player.

I have been playing since 2nd edition and Orks have been the name of the game. I would say I am 60% in the hobby for modeling and painting and 40% for playing.

Back in the day I would convert and play 1 army per tournament season. I did that for about 6-7 years. so here are some of my armies I have/used to have:

Ork Kult of Speed (A Trukk heavy army)
Ork Stompaz from Armageddon (Dredz and shooty, no transports)
Ork Lootaz (Cyborks, Lootaz, Tankbustaz, Looted Rhinos)
Tyranids (before the biomorph shenanigas, damn spinegaunts)
4th edition Fetal Orks (2000 points = 181 models at GT, I out swarmed 'nidz)
Legion of the damned (I have a full set of metal figs)
Orks Warhammer fantasy (Painted, never played)
Ork Blood Bowl!
Converted Inquisitor gang, all orks
Even Gorka Morka!

Anyways, With 5th edition and a few years off, I am trying to get back into gaming and run some tournaments. So I am taking my horribly painted speed freeks and Gorka Morka orks, My Ok painted Stompaz and combining them with my excellent painted Lootaz and will retool the units and models to fit the new codex. I figure I have about 6k points under the new codex not including my feral orks.

So if I can muster my camera-taking skills, I will take some photos of my armies (before they get slobbered with new paint) and the after and some of the process (giving all my nobs powerklaws, new bikes, lootas and such).
