terminator armour for your lord, so he can DS. (foot slogging lord for the loss.)
something to deal with tanks (4 foot slogging melta guns FTL)
some combi-weapons for your terminators.
some oblits. they deal with everything you cant deal with at the moment (which is a lot), fit the fluff, and would look great painted in WB colours.
all of these things would make your list better.

a few more than 45pts, but ok
forgot to mention i'm not entirely worried on how competitive this list is, especially since most scenarios are objective based or make it so i don't need to actually kill any big tanks. thus things like LR's and other av 14 vehicles are pretty much gonna be ignored except by the termmies who if possible will CC them, and then only if it's a vehicle with rear av of 10-11

transports with troops in them are scoring now (cant remember if its specifically dedicated transports or not), so all those pesky falcons and devilfish are going to fly about avoiding your terminators while their bigger brothers, fire prisms and hammerheads, blow you to peices.
not to mention that all vehicles can contest objectives, so if there is a landraider sat on an objective you have a problem. with the boost tanks get in 5th i think armies will have a lot more of them. at the moment you just cant deal with them.
a guard army with a couple of basilisks, for example. you just cant deal with it. they will sit at the back, shelling your guys until they break off the objectives, while your deepstriking terminators have to wait until at least turn 3 before they can actually try and kill it.
it doesnt need to be competitive, but you you cant deal with tanks, you will lose to every army that runs them.
at the very least give your terminators combi-meltas so they might be able to do something the turn they come in, also heavy flamers might be better for DSing terminators.
(i really hope you DS those terminators. having an entirely foot slogging army with no proper ranged fire power is a recipie for disaster)

depends upon the opponent and the scenario for whether i deep strike or not.
most the players i play with don't use the behemoths so it's no problem. also i have the termies built and will not buy more or mess with them for a combi weapon change. oblits are an idea but what should i drop for them? the daemons? i think they end up being better because you have to kill them or they will contest an objective. i dunno.
i could just go back to the original list and take 4 rhinos to replace the daemons and the extra pts, but that's boring IMO.

also i can bugger one dedicated transport at turn (at least) as none have more than av 12 and plenty plasma + 2 reapers = dead transports
