ok, i was looking about on ebay today for some old models, and i found a vermin lord model, unpainted and unassembled, i managed to snag it for £5 so that was a bargain, im now thinking about turning it into a daemon prince, 1st port of call, it needs wings, i was thinking about using be'lakor's wings as a starting point, as for the arms, i was thinking about keeping his halberd, maybe re-posing the arm holding it as i hate its pose and it will get in the way of wings.
as for the other hand ill either keep it as it is or put be'lakor's sword in it.
as for the overall pose im thinking about having him leaning forwards and flying.

any ideas?
the model should arrive in the next few days, untill then ill stay entertained with my hybrids im making once they turn up tomorrow.

Here's an old verminlord I did. I just rotated the hand and replaced his halberd with a trident

thanks Ifurita, i love the vermin lord model since i 1st saw it (the 88 catalogue) ive spent ages looking for one, only found 2 on ebay, missed the 1st one, but got the 2nd one, other than that i found one in a shop by me, but they think £80 is a good price for it lol, so i left it.

i like your convertion, but im thinking about doing a serious ammount of work on it, i think the hardest part will be chopping off its right arm and re making the muscle (never tried it before lol)

any ideas are welcome, and just to state, it will have wings no matter what, once this, my hybrids and southlands army are out of the way (not to mention the plastic giant on a massive boar) i can start work on making angron, fateweaver, skarbrand and a few other things.
now fully booked with convertions for ages lol.
