'Ello, recently I've been thinking about returning to my original warhammer army, the Blood Angels, when i started looking through my 2nd edition codex. Going through it, there's a very short mention of the background of the Angels Encarmine sucessor chapter detailing how the chapter is constantly at war (i.e. Black Templars) but nothing beyond that. The chapter's look suits my ideas for a paint job very well, basically regular blood angels actually, but I'd like to know more about them. Does anyone have any ref's for information on this 2nd founding chapter? Thanks in advance.

Canterbury

Don't think there has really been that much info about them other than what you've read.

They are there in and play a small role in the recent Red Fury novel-- follow up to the Blood Angel novels-- as do most of the BA successor chapters. Don't recall learning anything significant about them though.

The poor man really has a stake in the country. The rich man hasn't; he can go away to New Guinea in a yacht. The poor have sometimes objected to being governed badly; the rich have always objected to being governed at all
We love our superheroes because they refuse to give up on us. We can analyze them out of existence, kill them, ban them, mock them, and still they return, patiently reminding us of who we are and what we wish we could be.
