The Gun Mages are the best of the lot.

The Cryx guys look like they wrapped themselves in blankets before they went out to fight.

There is something appealing to the crazy Ghost Pirates. They are so cheesy that I actually like them! It's like a bad sci-fi channel Saturday movie monster!

Wow, the gun mages are tight! I also like the Koldun Lord, he's pretty sweet...Not a huge fan of Cygnar stuff, but the cannon doesn't look too bad, and the Cryx stuff just has to stop, I really don't need another faction right now!

Agreed!

The Khador Koldun Lord Solo is ace!

Of course, the last thing I need is another game to collect, paint and play...

Just when I thought I had all the Cygnar figs I need, they bring the gun mage unit. Really characterful faces on the two gents, the female is the weakest as usual.

The character units shown so fat have been really nice, I wonder what the khador unit is.

The faces on the Gun Mages are really well-done. I agree the female is the weakest, but still a lot better than the majority of female sculpts I've seen.

The cannon crew has the obligatory guy pointing and yelling...lulz. Decent though.

The Khador solo is nice.

The Cryx stuff is kind of silly, but in a fun way.

Overall some nice stuff. It's good to see PP getting more consistent in producing good sculpts.

The Cygnar stuff and Koldun are sharp.

The Cryx stuff looks like the sculptor got lazy halfway through. What to do now? Meh, I'll just twist some putty ribbons around like so....

I love the Koldrun Lord. I really needed an Hasidic rabbi model with an axe, and now I have one!

In terms of rules, the fluff behind the Koldrun Lord said something about commanding 'jacks--is he going to get 'Jack Marshal, do we know?

I think the lesson here is the best way to enjoy GW's games is to not use any of their rules.--Crimson Devil

I actually like the female gunner for being obviously feminine, yet for not being not dressed like a lady of the evening/covered in distraction armor.

I really like those gunners too... I see a "I will totally make an inquisitor out of this some day" purchase coming. The female doesn't look too bad either, and I agree that the actual clothing look is nice. Not that I am complaining when a model looks like she fell off the swimsuit runway, but it is nice to see some clothing that a woman might actually show up to work in.

Amusingly, I am starting to think that how a company does females, particularly their faces, is remarkably like a thumb print. There is remarkably little variation within a line, to the extent one could learn to tell a company just by the female faces alone.

Not surprisingly- the Cryx look horrible.

The gunmages and trenchers look really nice, however. Although the Khador guy looks nicely detailed, his cloak is a bit too much of the same when it comes to a Khador model.

Overall I like 3 of the releases and hate the Cryx sculpts.

But she still is the only one with open jacket

The problem I'm having with her is the way the breast seem to be in way of her work as a expert assassin/ pistol hero. Also the male models' faces are much more characterful. Not a bad fig, but could be better.

All in all I'm really happy with the resent figs from PP, especially as the cygnars are my army and there hasn't been a weak fig among the batch for the Legends.

What's funny is that there are ex-GW players who went to PP, and are now going back to GW games because they're now disenchanted with PP.

Well thats the way it goes, you can't keep everyone happy. Things change and you want some change, I'm at the moment enjoying the PP games, but I'll probably transfer into 40k after they get the wolf dex done. Until that I'm happily painting cygnar and getting a game once in a while.

I'm really interested in what's happening after Legends, is the hinted reset of the universe coming? That would cause some stirring in the natives again.
