shaso! cool development...that diamond shape now in riveted lookout and then you added the aquilla as a centerpiece! that´s the style!!! i knew you could make it way better with such an addition!

Ah, nice to know, as the paint could then be applied to the glue soaked tissue once dried.

yup... it is rather something that gets quickly done... maybe use an old bottle cap to prepare the stuff and then later aplie it to your turret and then paint^^

command should have plenty of glamour^^

Yeah, scale model superdetailing enthusiast geeks also use the ol' glue-soaked tissue trick!

i think if you set it first you probably will be more comfy with the fit... and i guess you won´t get too much probs when having to paint it later... you are after all a very capable painter....

Thanks, i did a milky looking PVA/water mix, the "flag" is draped and drying before i paint it a red flag with a golden Aquilla having a bright red star over the belly of the bird!

that is sounding quite good already! if i was a better GS user this would be a good design...

Well, with GS, it would be more a sculpting job than draping a wet flag over the thing!

yup... like you can later make a pressmould from it and multiply it...there must be a way to it... i like to experiment with such things... and i learn quite a bit form such endeavors^^

Well, a decent such sculpt would then make me an excuse to get a mold set with resin mix for copy!

Well, you can GS and copy your Viktorian symbols too for your tanks!

Glad you like them "comrade"! I do try to make them seem sensible and yet also fitting on the game system as 40k is soooooo WWi-WWII with lasers and power armor tossed in.

I have a question, is there a specific tank in history that GW has modeled the Leman Russ after? By the way, very nice work.
