Alright. Here goes -
The quick : Drop a lord, and both scythes, as well as the the disruption fields from the warriors, get yourself another squad of them. Then, drop the pariahs, and the wraiths, get a second monolith, and fill up the rest of the points on Scarabs Swarms.
The Long :
1 - Lose the warscythes. They're nice, but most things out there don't have invulnerable saves, and your staff of light is already a power weapon. This way you get to keep the marine killing shots.
2 - Do you need 2 Lords? Good to have the extra res orb protection, but if you drop the second lord, and the warscythe, you almost have enough to take a third group of 10 warriors.
3 - Heavy Gauss? Warriors have 2 ways to go, with disruption fields, and without. Their aren't any other upgrades, so it's all just gauss.
4 - Drop the disruption fields. I've played nothing but necrons for 3 years now (My first army too), I've had 1, just 1, time that it would have been usefull on my warriors. That'll save you another 40 points. With the reduced cost from one less lord and no scythes, You have 200 points. Enough to pay for that third squad.
5 - Take the third squad of warriors. You have phase out to worry about, and it's a pain. Remember, any other army out there can pull off a victory with only 1 model on the table. You can't. Right now you have 25 models on the table. This means if you lose 18-19 models that count as necrons, you're done, even if you still have everything else untouched. With the extra squad, You're now up to 34, and you're opponent now needs to permanently remove about 26 models. Plus, it gives you another scoring unit.
6 - Pariahs. Love them. Bring 10. Or don't bring any. Mostly the latter. I've used them to great effect, and with running now you have a chance to actually get them to the enemy without them being completely wiped off the table. But it's an awful lot of points for something you cant get back up. In an 1850 list, sure, you have some more breathing room, bring 10. I often do. Below 1500 it's a big investment for necrons. I'd say drop them.
7 - Wraiths. I use 6 typically. Some things you have to understand about wraiths. One, a lot of people underestimate them. They get caught up in Necrons not being decent in CC, so are really suprised by the S6, I6, 3+ Invulnerable saves that completely ignore terrain. Two, as the new necron player they're easy to overestimate. You can only have 3 in a unit, so the maximum number of attacks you'll get with a unit is 12 on the charge. No rending, no power weapons. Yeah, you can hurt a carni, but if it has a 2+ save on it, you're just going to bounce off it. A group of marines will lose 1-2 guys, and then you're going to get held up and not do much, unless you get pulled out by a monolith. Mostly what they're good for is holding units still so you can reduce what you have to deal with right away, and keeping that really annoying unit of CC monsters right where they are till you can arrange yourself a bit better. If that's what you're looking at doing, might be better to go with scarabs.
8 - Monolith. This, with the warriors, is the backbone of your forces. Take two. I'd seriously consider dropping the pariahs, and one of the wraiths (along with the extra 20 you still have saved from dropping the disruption fields), you'll have enough for a second. Pulling your units out of CC (where they get hurt, badly), a 2nd WBB roll, shooting everything around you, something to hide behind that actually blocks LOS, and the use of an Ord blast, on the toughest vehicle in the game. Yeah, bring 2.
9 - Since you'd now be down to 2 wraiths, drop them, use whatever you have left for scarabs. They'll tie up CC units for a bit (won't help much against Ork Mobs or little bugs, but will really annoy anyone not hitting you with S6 or better power weapons. If you think you might be facing a bunch of vehicles, you can give them disruption fields, just to keep them sweating a bit.

Well some things to mull over-
there are really just a few competitive necron lists
Mass Warriors, 2+ Monoliths, and Immortals, 2 Lords with Orb
Mass Destroyers, 4-6 Heavy Destroyers, 20 Warriors
Mass Scarabs, 4-6 Heavy Destroyers, Immortals, Deceiever
If you don't want a competitive list, then just mash together whatever you like. It's not like necrons have much to choose from.
