I think that you should try and follow a theme or focus, this is a competitive list, no doubt but in the shceme of thigs lacks a vision or purpose.

thing is, im kinda going for a competitive list. dont get me wrong, theres a place for fluff and i love reading BL, but i play primarily with my bro and a game between brothers is a balls to the wall affair my vision and purpose is complete annihilation and destruction, which is also somewhat fitting for a CSM army, dont you think?

to be honest fluff doesent need to be in a comp. list, its about how units will work, not how they look.

this list has great potential, i like it.

Suffused with the dying memories of Sanguinus, the warriors of the Death Company seek only one thing: death in battle fighting against the enemies of the Emperor.

I'm a big fan of nurgle, but unfortunately with raptors IoS just seems to fit better in all cases. You figure, they are an attack squad so it's better to kill first so there's less attacks thrown your way in the first place. Not only that but your daemon prince will soak up most of the fire/attacks, so field em together and let em and let em work. Also in doing so you save points for 1 more raptor, hence one more body to soak up the wounds that IoN would have.

Icon of nurgle is just so damn expensive, plague marines are one thing with their fearless, blight grenades, and FNP added, but other marks can be just as useful for less points cost. The only other thing I'd see myself taking IoN on is a daemon prince since 6 toughness for a mere 20 points is godamn sexah.

Melta bombs aren't really necessary if you already have melta or a power fist, especially both. If only you could find another 5 points somewhere that would be yet another raptor .. Maybe power weapon on the raptor champ ? Just thought

And even though it's not my intention, this army would now be all slaanesh, there's your fluff.

Other than that the prince is just brilliant and the noise marines will certainly do their part I'm sure.

EDIT: Eh, I can't really remember how much noise marines cost offhand, but I think you might've done the math a tad wrong. I could be quite wrong however, but ya may want to take a second look.
