you can only have 4 melta per squad of chosen and the plague marines would be better with plasma....it's really not that bad of a list.......but really lacks a CC punch!

you can have 5. one is on its own and you can take 4 more: seperate bullits state thus >ONE model may replace his bolter with (various options including Melta Gun) Different bullit point >Up to four models may choose one of the following four options which includes replace bolter with melta gun. 5 meltas is legal as far as i interpret the entry in the book

Make one squad with 5 plasmas... and that list will be a total nightmare. Rhinos in bulk are much tougher to crack than they used to be.

I hope those nurgles have fists. Your army is melta shooty, but very vulnerable to losing every assault phase if there are no fists anywhere. Nurgle = staying power against torrent of fire, but not against any squad meant to kill things in close combat. They either have special rules that get around yours (rending, lightning claws that reroll to wound, etc) or are high enough strength and ignore saves(fists, MC, etc).
I agree with the suggestion that one of your chosen squads needs to be plasma.
One problem you may have if your local terrain doesnt include much multi level is that that many rhinos will start blocking your line fo fire. Make sure you have some hills or buildings to put the oblits in, or their effectiveness will be cut down quite a bit.
The idea behind the list is great, but take a look at how you will do during the assualt phase as well. Good luck.
