well i have recently finished my grey knights and plan on doing a new army

Well what is it that you want you're army to do? Both of those choices can do heavy deepstrike options but they are both flexible in most regards.

i finally decided on the blood angels
pretty easy to paint
but wicked cool and effective

since i cant paint for jack


all ideas for something to make them unique are very welcome

I would becareful about doing Blood Angels the new codex does hurt them a bit. Note just a bit, but it also brings other chapters well above them I would recommend you look at the new codex before deciding IMHO.
