Guard Heavy Weapon Crewman

Hi, I'm from near Glasgow, play IG 40k and Empire WH. I've been having some difficulties with my IG force, and have yet to win a game. My brother plays 'Nids, though he doesn't have a that many gaunts. I was wondering If anyone had any thoughts to dealing with warriors, a lictor, a shooty fex and an ifiltrating broodlord with full retinue. I don't know his exact list as he constantly updates it but he only has 13 termagaunts and 8 hormagaunts in his collection so its not a horde by any means (he is planning on buying more gaunts though so this number will rise). We usually play 1000 - 1250pt battles as we don't have large collections (I take everything I have). I am probably going to add a platoon with the following set up:-

Command squad- Officer w/storm bolter; 4x guardsmen w/flamers; chimera w/turret heavy flamer and hull heavy bolter (154pts)
Squad 1- Missile launcher; grenade launcher (83pts)
Squad 2- Heavy bolter; grenade launcher (78pts)

Note: the points values are just off the top of my head so any mistakes are minor. It's just to give an idea of the size.

I can't offer much help with the nids tactics yet, but I can say "Hello and welcome!"
