Does the warlock psychic power enhance work on independent characters who have joined the squad?

warlock psychic powers are just psychic powers that are always on, the description says "All models in the same unit as the Warlock, Including the Warlock itself" as such the rules clearly indicate that every model in the same unit as the warlock recieves the bonus, so from the time when an IC joins that unit till when they leave they recieve the bonus.

yes that does meen that pheonix lords become ws 8 and i 8 ... though unless they're with a wrathguard (or warlock) unit they're gona run away ... or worse the whole unit is destroy in cc then you have to take x wounds for losing cc (dam fearless rule)

ah thats always fun to do ... but unless you're going to fight nids go for Embolden ... might sound odd for a fearles unit but re-rolling failled psychic powers is great (with eldrad i'd be amazed if you didn't cast every time) but thats just my .02
