Changes from round 1 include the addition of pathfinders over a 3rd unit of dire avengers in a serpent (need the stay at home and still able to add firesupport capabilities of the rangers), and removing the banshee exarchs and a few fire dragons to make room for Maugan Ra. I think his crack shot ability will come in handy, as I'm getting tired of shooting at light tanks and units and seeing cover saves for everything. I found that everyone had anti-psycker units, so I question if I need eldrad or just a farseer with runes of warding. Also added star engines because i felt that in missions where I come in from the board, 24" just isn't enough to guarantee getting into assault on the next turn.

I like the idea of the junior farseer. You are less looking to get off your spells and more I just want to have anti-psycher. Your army is small so your attacks will be highly focused. 1 doom that goes off 50 percent should suffice.

If you did that what would you do? Add back the exarchs?

While both Eldrad and Maugan Ra are awesome, they don't really fit the rest of the army to my mind, particularly Eldrad who is not mobile at all. I would swap Eldrad for a cheaper standard Farseer (probably Doom/Fortune). Consider an Autarch as well over Maugan Ra as it lets you reserve most of your army when you are forced to deploy second (making your opponent waste 2 turns) and not worry too much about them not showing up (+ you can boost on 36 ). Also not sure why you are running Shuriken Cannons on the Prisms, they should be hiding in the corners well out of range of a shuriken cannon, I do like the Spirit Stones though.

Dropping the cannons and Eldrad would get you enough to get the Exarchs back for the Banshees, Exarch with Executioner gives the squad considerable more hitting power against MEQ and Acrobatic is the best you can get with the change to consolidation rules (wipe out a squad on the charge and if they have to charge in to finish you off due to lack of shooting you hit back first just as if you had charged them). Only other change would be to maybe give one or both of the Avenger squads the PW/ShimmerShield and Defend combo which combined with Fortune gives you are great tarpit (which you really lack atm).

Just be wary of the Pathfinders attracting plenty of attention, their low leadership and small squad size means they can run off your objectives fairly easily. Most mech lists I have seen tend to avoid running static targets like Pathfinders as it gives them something to focus on, you want your opponent running around in circles the whole game trying to catch you. If you find they keep dying and/or running off then maybe Jetbikes which can JSJ out of LOS behind the Prisms and then boost to the objective/s last turn.
