Hey guys new aussie gamer (that'd be me)

I've been playing other wargames for a while and recently started 40k. I play a Tau army and was wondering if anyone could explain the basics behind a full turn in 40k (bit of a noobish question), having had no friends who have played 40k longer than me and no local club, I have had no one to teach me this and it would be most appreciated If somone out of the good of their hearts could help me out.

thanks

Welcome to dakka.

The best place for your question would be the 40k tactics or the YMDC forums.

If your hunting up some Victorian gamers check out Wargamerau (just google it) as it is Oz/NZ based and you can easily find locals to play against (that's how I get most my games).

Hey You, downunder. Welcome to DakkaDakka!

The game is rather simple if you once understood the dynamics. Another issue is a competitive army. For this, look into the 'Army Lists' forum.
