I like the AoS model better…

In terms of body proportions, the AoS one certainly looks more like an elven god. The new Avatar model looks very human in terms of its proportions. I'm not enough of an expert on Khaine to know whether human proportions are more appropriate but (rune armour/ornaments notwithstanding) it definitely seems lacking in elven/Eldar-y features.

That Avatar is a glorious sculpt... but as with the rest of the current crop of Greater Daemons, I'd like it a lot more if it was half the size.

The Spiders have only ever had one kit. I think they should go first.

Yeah Spiders or Swooping Hawks should be first in line for plastic.

The big cluster of rumors suggested that those two would be the other aspect warriors we'd get, along with new Warp Spider Phoenix Lord and Baharroth. Instead, we have Dark Reapers and Muagan Ra. I have a little hope that maybe we'll still see at least one more aspect warrior get into plastic, but not a ton of hope.

They said we've seen most of the Eldar stuff now but not everything. So it's looking like one more aspect and maybe a character still to come? Nothing more than that I imagine.

Maybe they are counting the Corsairs? We do have another path of the preview Monday though. Love to see some Warp Spider.

Monday could also be more details on either Maugan Ra or Shining Spears though.

I'd really love to see more plastic aspects come Monday.

I wish Maugan Ra did not have that robe. Want to see more of his ritual armor.

Shining spears color scheme is...interesting. Lot of white expanses. Anyone know of any changes to Shining Spear rules (including the Exarch)?

It might be split like what they've done with CSM where we're now, three years later getting the rest of the missing important stuff for the faction. So we might get another round of Eldar in 2023.

They did say there were more Eldar to come, but then two previews later showed Corsairs. So either they were referencing the Corsairs, or there is one more kit to debut on Monday. I should think then that the Eldar book and models are probably releasing on or before mid-march.

It's certainly a possibility, but I think it will be new kit (or just maybe the Corsairs.....I feel like we will see the rest of them in the full Nachmund set reveal though). I think they only showed off the Autarch because they didn't show all of his various options in the original leak. If it is more plastic Aspects I suspect (and hope) it will be Warp Spiders, reason being:

1) The Autarch kit has a Jump Generator and Death Spinner

2) All the other Aspect warriors that are not getting new sculpts have had their stats leaked (Dire Avengers, Scorpions, Dragons, and Banshees).

3) This leaves us with Hawk and Spiders. Spiders are the older kit and already have a CAD sculpt of their weapon and Jump Generator laying around. Also they wouldn't have to do a Phoenix Lord to accompany them.

Just speculation though.

Is this a new army box for them? They've got a YT vid titled "Warhost revealed" but that's a bit ambiguous, might just be individual releases as is usual (seems generous by GW standards to make an army box of exclusively new stuff).

Also I'd expect a nicer photo for a box cover.

I doubt they’re getting a battle box and an army box, with repeated models at that. Plus that would be one hell of an expensive box.

Not gonna lie: I'm glad this ended up being a sizable Eldar update, not the Codex update I expected.

But I'm salty that my beloved Fire Dragons are not getting the plastic treatment.

But coirsairs were something I didn't expect to see, and, if anything, that means Exodites are closers now than ever.

I'm pretty happy with it too. Fire Dragons are one of my favorite Aspects, so I would absolutely love to have them in plastic, but I will say their current models rock. I think they hold up the best of any of the older aspect sculpts. Heck the only Aspects I think might be better are the new Banshees and new Spears. Just have to hunt down metal ones....because Finecast...woof. Long story short, I think Spiders and Hawks need an update first....because their sculpts....well don't hold up great.

At 00:41, hanging from the Avatar's back strap, are 2 runes out of 4 I cannot identify. The 2 lower runes by the Avatar's buttocks are Warp Spider and Shining Spear. Since all the runes the Avatar has hanging from his straps are Aspects, does this suggest 2 new Aspects?

Hanging from the Avatar's L chest, next to the Fire Dragon rune, there is another rune with the bottom like a C. Another unknown Aspect?

Looks great. Just the right mixture between Dark Eldar and Craftworld Eldar but distinct enough to be different from either.

Sure beats the weird Wasp Antenna People from Space.

Well they blew Maugan Ra. Just an awful awful figure. I hope I have a metal one in a box.....or can convert one from the plastics.

The Shining Spears look awesome!

Hope to see more of the Corsairs soon!!!!!

I too am disappointed they did not do some of the other Aspects in plastic. Fire Dragons would have been easy to do, and Swooping Hawks not far behind them.

Shadow Spectres would be a great surprise......

That rune is similar to another the Fire Dragons use too but the C it's open to the opposite side so maybe.

Also worth noticing Shadow Spectres rune it's in the Avatar.

Wow, lot's of great stuff. Avatar rocks, thankfully they didn't made him much larger than the FW version.

Maugen Ra blew me away, the tattered cloak is a great addition, adds so much movement to an otherwise static pose. Not completely sure about the "spine" backbanner, but I'm sure it will look great in 3D.

Shining Spears are really solid. I expected "antler" helmets, but I also like the new design, too.

Here is a better picture of the Corsair:

Great to see they're going all out for them instead of the half-baked Guardian head swaps from Forge World.
