Hello I´m new to 40k and really need help with my Space Marine list. I do not know much about the weapons.
I have 2 attack bikes and 1 scouts with sniper team. I like the close combat terminators so I think that will have 1 team of them but I dont know the rest.
What do you think?

The core of your army has to be 1 HQ unit - Chaplain, Commander or Librarian.
Assuming you are going with a standard marine and not the special chapters, that means 2 units of tactical marines or scouts.

Scouts are not as experienced or well armored so I would recommend to tactical squads at least.

Biggest question is how much $$ do you have and what do you like? The new codex for marines should be releasing shortly and you should pick that up first as it will help you to understand what all the special units are and the points cost.

If you want a good cheap start, I would get the Black Reach boxed set. Gets you the rulebook, templates, dice and a great starting army of marines. It also has a starting ork army so if you can find a friend who is interested, you can each buy one and trade him your orcs for his marines.

The box comes with - as I recall -
1 Space Marine Captain
10 Tactical Marines (1 Flamer, 1 Missile Launcher)
5 Terminators (Not the assault kind)
1 Dreadnoughtwith a multi- melta.

So if you got two of those you would have a solid core for your army to build around.

Again I will point to the black reach set... the tacs there have a flamer and a missile launcher.

Missile launchers are about the most flexible heavy weapon and flamers are good to deal with the hoards that get close.

There are valid reasons to get the other special weapons but until you start playing and seeing what other armies your opponent's play, it is hard to pick one over the other.

If your opponents like heavy tanks, you may want meltaguns instead of flamers.

If your opponents are demons with lots of feel-no-pain plague bearers, plasma gun and plasma cannon will serve you better.

You are starting with the ideal starter army. It is flexible and has some forgiveness to it with the 3+ saves. If you find you are missing something, you don't have to go out and buy all new units just a few special weapons or heavy weapons, maybe some variants for your sergeants. (e.g. Power weapon, Power Fist and Sgt Cheapo with a bolter)

I am old school on devastators... keep em cheap and give me 4 heavy bolters.

Every opponent will have something that doesn't like catching 12 S5 AP4 shots every turn...

My first army was Space Marines and I have stuck with them ever since. They are very forgiving to play and the Black reach box set is a great start. I would strongly recommend looking into going Salamanders. My son started playing with them and now that the new codex is out with the Land Raider Redeemer and Vulcan, he is loving his list. Dreads with multi-meltas, termies with thunder hammers, meltaguns and multi-meltas in tac squads and on attack bikes, the Sallies are dead hard and fun to play. Get the latest White Dwarf and check them out!!

War is not your recreation. It is the reason for your existence. Prepare for it well.

Give me a hundred Space Marines. Or failing that, give me a thousand other troops.

You shoudlnt really do Missle Flamer its a bad combo.

Cuse you got to choose what to shoot at ethier the Tank thats baring down on you or the squad near you.

Should maybe do Flamer and Power fist in squads.

Could consider dropping scout squad there not as good as they used to be.

Need a lil more Anti Tank

If you do Drednought do the the AV 13 one.
