Alternatively, I can replace the 3 warriors with a Tyrant.
The plan would be to screen with the gaunts, with a wave of stealers behind it and the heavies/HQ behind.
Couple of things...
1.I don't think hormies can have WoN. Gaunts can but you have to keep the other costs below 8 to do it.
2.I would run extended carapace on the genestealers... just to keep their numbers up. It makes you bolterproof.
3.With 5th Ed, I personnally like the blastweapons... so I would dump the
TL devourers and the
VC for barbed stranglers... for anti-vehicle work make your fex multi-purpose. They auto drop but scatter and enemy cover is judged based on the pin hole.
4. Scuttle... the world loves scuttling... this qualifies you for flank march.

The spinegaunts are
Str 4 so decent in
HTH. The fleshborers with scuttle would be 6" closer to the enemy and I find that puts many ill at ease to have fleet of claw bugs within 12" of them on the first turn. (I just can't understand why people don't like it.)
I lost one genestealer and pumped them up for survival with carapace and scuttle but adding the talons gives each an extra attack instead so you actually go from 24 attacks up to 33 so fair trade. I think the only change on the warriors was to lose the
Str 7 venom cannon for a large blast 4
Str strangler. I put the talons and strangler on the fex. One big
Str 8 blast and extra attacks when you get up close. If you got points, you can ad enhanced senses and spine back and get a few more shots before you charge in. I would also be tempted to get the carapace on the carnifex... Nothing says I love you like a 6 toughness monstrous creature with AC2.
If you like the hormagaunts...why not just try the all-out gribbly
