Hello Dakka Dakka,

Believe it or not, I have NOT signed onto this site until now.
I have been a gamer since the late 70's when my older brother would bring home various Avalon Hill games from college.
A big event for me was when he brought home the 1st Ed. Dungeons and Dragons one Christmas. I was hooked.

I have gone from D&D to Magic The Gathering to Warhammer, Mordheim, and Warhammer 40K and I am now considering Necromunda, and Flames of War.

I lived most of my life in Kentucky, but recently moved to the Southwest.

I own the following armies and such:

Warhammer:
Dark Elves

Warhammer 40K:
Ultramarines
Daemonhunters
Necrons
Witch Hunters
Orks

Mordheim:
Brettonians

Necromunda:
Scavvies

I have been a regular over on Bartertown for quite some time and I have even started my own miniature painting service that is humming right along so far.

I am married and have 4 lovely children who will probably end up being my "gamer group".

I can't wait to start searching Dakka for all of the genuine gaming goodness that I have heard about on other sites.

Cheers.

Karl

Hi Karl, welcome to DakkaDakka.
I lived in the States, too (Princeton).
You have a decent collection of armies. Your gamer group will certainly benefit from it.

Welcome to dakka adunaphel, nice to have more older gamers on the sight.
(dont mean that in an offensive way)

Suffused with the dying memories of Sanguinus, the warriors of the Death Company seek only one thing: death in battle fighting against the enemies of the Emperor.
