so my brother plays an army with a multitude of crisis suits. i am having a very hard time defeating them, as they can move out from cover, shoot, and then move back into cover! are there any chaos marines units that allow one to deep strike or come in as a reserve and then assault that same turn? thanks for the help

Only thing you got are demons. Not bad to tie them down with but that is about it.
Otherwise if he is beating you with speed, counter with speed and the chaos cheese.

Demon prince with wings.
Raptors.
Chaos Bikers.

Sorcerer or demon prince with lash of submission.

Otherwise obliterators and terminators but they are going to drop in and shoot... no charge. Only demons can do that.

If he hugs the edges, you can use chosen to outflank rather than infiltrate. They are hard hitting but a bit pricey.

I'd say just use oblits and some Chas Sorcs with LoS to pull them out of cover and destroy them.
