Have you considered dropping the stones from the vehicles? I have dropped the equivalent from all of my vehicles and found that the stunned result is just not as prevalent in 5th, and the repricussions from a skimmer being stuck for a turn aren't as bad as they were either.
I'm a fan of list A for the multiple destructor lock party. Though I like C for the concentration of Dire avenger fish of fury, which is safer than dumping warlocks into flamer range.

Am I really seeing firedragons on foot? I'd go with option C, because putting defender guardians in a serpent seems bad. The serpent protects the infantry until you can dump them off nice n close to really dish out some damage. And I just don't see defender guardians dishing out much of anything.
ohh and find a way to put at least one destructor in the warlock squad. 2 would be better

I would use list C with a few tweaks....
Dump the dragons and their serpent. They are one-shot-wonders, and the exarch is overkill. They kill the tank, and die to the next round of fire.
Max out the warlock count with destructor, and some blinged-out scorpions to aid in the CC arena.

I'm tentative to drop fire dragons. The warlocks are the only squad that can consistently deal with tanks and 2+ saves.
The fire prisms can get lucky but in 4 turns they are risky.
What else could I take to fill the same roll?
Also the fire dragons are oen shot wonders often, but they pretty much always succeed at killing that unit, so you are basically trading one unit for one unit, which usually nets out better for the Eldar player, unless the waveserpent gets shot down pre maturely.

Dark reapers are good for icing many armoured foes. With a well placed reaper squad, players are usually forced to make a choice; stay intirely out of range or get shot at 2 or 3 times moving to engage them in CC. Many people swear bt the tempest launcher, but I prefer a max squad w/ at least crack shot. You will probably want tank hunter just to cover your bases. If you team them up with a ranger squad, you have a super-killer spot that your opponent MUST deal with.

But my whole list is mounted. If I have one unit of dark reapers every gun int he army that can;t touch a tan kwill be aimed at them.

True, but they have to get through the 10 heavy weapon shots with 48" range (not to mention the rest of your mounted force). Think of it this way, on average it will take at least one of your opponents units 3 turns to deal with them. I say 3 turns because one turn to close the distance, one turn to kill them (with good rolls) and one turn to get back to the rest of the fight. That is a long time for a costly endeavor while the rest of your mounted force is doing its thing. I would place them not on, but ready to fire on an objective.
Still, just a suggestion. Seems to me that you will get more mileage out of the reaps.
Another thought is the swooping hawks. Deepstrike in, drop a pie plate anywhere you chose, then assault a tank with haywire grenades. Even with the nerf they still do the job, and you can shoot things the next turn.

What are your wave serpents armed with shuriken cannon or scatter lasers. I notice the points seemed to be effected by their cargo and not their own layout.

You need more bright lances. This fills that hole that your dragons are sitting in. This way you can minimize the fire dragon squad to 5. Your dire avengers take care of infantry your tanks should take care of other tanks. In my ard boys list i have 4 BL wave serpents, 2 TL missile/shuriken cannon serpents, 3 fire prisms, a 6 strong Jetlock w/ farseer, eldrad, and a unit of dragons in one of those serpents, and im still not sure I have enough anti tank. If your opponent cant down your skimmers you win. The main thing that will be downing your skimmers is opponents armour. So you should have your skimmers take care of there armour and everything else focussed on taking out there infintry units. As long as you stay mobile you win. Good Luck!
