We all understand Tau Drones are free KPs on vehicles. What about Nid Spore mines shot out of biovores? Or out of a Fex?

i.e. biovores, kulgath, etc.. those units are NOT worth kill points.

Yea, but the ard boyz tourney also ruled some pretty f'ed up things too.
Plus, any tourney rules are just that, tourney rules for only that tourney.
Technically, until there is a 5th ed rule book FAQ that covers this subject they are by RAW 'free' KP. You will have to discuss this with your opponent which I do on a number of subjects (i.e. lictors, free KP, stupid drop pods that can't shoot when they land, etc...). Or, follow whatever tournament rules you are playing like NaZ pointed out.

All vehicles that enter play via Deep Strike count as moving at Cruising Speed (rulebook, p95). Also a pretty fun way to mess up Necron players who DS their Monolith

It's probably a risk to question your quote since my codex is in my car and I'm too lazy to go get it in the rain... But I think it more along the lines of "even if it moved" with no mention of distance. It's a reference to the good old days when you were not allowed to fire any Ordinance weapons if you moved any amount at all. It had been used as a reasoning to fire the Particle Whip on Deep Strike regardless however.
