Figures as per Wargames Factory sprue, except arms and weapons taken from the 40K bitbox. GW Mordian to the left for scale comparison:
The arms were filed slightly to fit on the body, but no putty was used. File, glue, paint, ready!

the arms look too long and the shoulder pads just look too chunky i think, if you could remove the shoulder pads they would look much better, the arms wouldnt be as noticable and would actually look ok imho

Don't really like them, sorry. The arms are way too large. Maybe you'd be better off just putting the heads on cadians and further converting those bodies to taste? You could shave off the pouches, shoulder pads too to make room to sculpt epaulets... all kinds of possibilities.

to use cadians i think you would need to replace the whole upper body, or just torso section, maybe look to whfb for some plastics with suitable looking jacket style torso's, other than that i think you would have to sculpt the torso, and then cast it in resin and sell it

Those are ugly. They look like they belong on a miniature railroadset. Them, mordians, and Vestroyan are amongst the ugliest models in 40K IMO. NOt your fault. The models themselves are just horrid.
