daemon prince - khorne, iron hide, wings, unholy might, deathstrike - 225
daemon prince - nurgle, iron hide, breath of chaos, noxious touch - 180

2499 points.

a little reasoning:

ku'gath - great profile, amazing wounds and toughness mixed with FNP means he wont die easily. His shooting attack is amazing, ord. large blast AP2 and wounds on 4+.
since its counted as a poisoned attack he gains benefit from epidemius's kill tally.
he can spawn nuglings each turn.

Epidemius - simply for his kill tally, due to the ammount of nurgle units in the army they will gain alot from it.

skulltaker - usually a monster, with a chariot he's even better.
more wounds, Str and T, he can take out MC's with 1 wounding hit.

Flamers - simply one of the best shooting attacks available to daemons.

Beasts of nurgle - once agin, boosts the nurgle count, FNP + ok wounds means they will stay put fo a while. Attacks may be random, but between 3 of them they should do something.

Fiends of slaanesh - very fast, high ammount of rending attacks, gives me a nice unit for quick assults.

20 bloodletters - great cost for a reasonable ammount of power wep. attacks, plus they look good.

35 plaguebearers - boosts nurgle count, hard to move, and might actually kill something in combat.

9 screamers - they look great, and everyone needs flying melta bombs, cheap, so a must have.

soulgrinder - both attacks incase i need it to change from anti inf. to anti tank. Not a daemon army without 1.

Khorne prince - got a model allready, looks not too bad, wings give me a quick MC able to move about if neded, has a nice Str ranged attack.

nurgle prince - making the model now (see WIP thread) another MC is allways good, another breath of chaos is even better.

i know
nothing like the smell of rotting crap and pus in the morning
and that reminds me mate, need to get working on the nurgle prince again, should update the pics tomorrow.

so far on him ive added:

legs are done down to ankles, back s done, part of his left arm is done, neck is done, and his bottom jaw is in place.

tomorrow i need to do: add gums and teeth to bottom jaw, make a top jaw with gums and teeth and fix in place, possible get the main part of the head and the arms and feet done.

beasts of nurgle I have heard are kinda suck, so think on that, they might be better replaced with something else maybe crushers or more flamers

HS I would prlly go with 3 nurgle marked DPs there as that is what will get your tally going right off...though I kinda wonder you have no nurglings which benefit so much from the tally as it climbs

also if you get crushers then skulltaker can get on a jug too and join them if you want.

they are pretty useful.
they can tie up units, absorb plenty of shooting, and are fairly decent at killing, plus i like the chance to convert (check my GS daemon thread)

a soulgrinder is a must, simply for its cannon.
great anti tank and anti troop.

to be honest, i forgot about the little fellas.
might change the khorne prince for a 2nd nurgle one, saves 45 points, drop a unit of screamers to save 48 points and grab 7 nurgling bases.

i like him in the chariot, once again, i can convert, and the +1 wound for less cost is worth it.

London.

I'd say you have your priorities right. Plus you get to gribble even more stuff that way, and that can't be a bad thing.

Breaking out the GS myself today, inspired by yourself and everyone else having fun with it recently. I'm planning on a pretty grim looking heavy skitarii, based on a plastic rat ogre. Might end up looking more Chaos than Imperial, but that's John Blanche inspiration for you.

I really should be spending my time more constructively.

I've had a go at writing a Daemons list myself, and I too forgot all about the little Nurglings. They are just so easily overlooked being all tiny and that.

I think Nurglings are a particularly good addition, simply because unlike anything else Daemonic, they are useful for just sitting on an objective, denying it to the enemy if nothing else. If it looks like they are being overwhelmed, help is likely only a turn or two away, and I reckon they'd hold out okay until it arrives. Or you can of course just use them as a distraction. One enemy unit duffing up Nurglings is one less enemy unit to worry about.

3 units of Screamers does seem a little excessive, as, IMHO, once the enemy armour is down, they soon become of limited us and in a KP game, quite easy meat for even small arms fire (only being 3 to a unit like).

The Fiends, having mentioned the Nurglings, ought to make very good back up for the little fellas. Very fast unit, and a high number of rending attacks ought to be just what the little guys are looking for. This also frees up the Infantry Daemons to do what they do best, holding their own objective (Plaguebearers) and causing general mayhem and bloodshed (Bloodletters).

Beasts of Nurgle are another favoured choice for myself. Lots and lots of potential attacks can make them a tricky subject for your opponent, as they can stand to do a lot of damage, and with Epidemus on the field, I'd be looking at stopping them asap, before they start making a real nuisance of themselves. Again, this is all firepower drawn away from other units, which can only be a good thing.

The Soulcrusher....not entirely sure about these bad boys. They certainly pack a punch, but I worry that their sheer size will make them easier targets, and like all vehicles, it only takes a single jammy shot to ruin it's day. I would honestly be tempted to drop the Soulgrinder in favour of a third Daemon Prince, probably one of Slaanesh to use Pavane on enemy units, drawing them off of objectives and out of cover, giving your Bloodletters a favourable charge. Plus his additional muscle, and manouverability if given wings, ought to prove quite a boon in tipping combats other ways. I just feel the Soulcrusher to be a little too all purpose. When I field all purpose units, I tend to find myself hesitant to commit it to one action, for fear of losing it's flexibility should I need it....

So, thats my tuppence worth.

Epedimus is amazing, but is he worth it if he is only supporting half of your list? Not sure, just throwing that out there. One other things, drop the Khorne prince and take a Nurgle prince with Iron hide, noxious touch, wings, cloud of flies. It is a far better choice than the Khorne Prince.

im pretty sure by turn 2 the kill tally would be working well.
after some test runs ill revise the list.
allthough im getting tempted with pure tzeentch shooting and MC spam (LOC x2, DP x3)
