Does anyone who has the Pig Iron Productions Gas Mask Heads have a sense as to whether they'd be too small to be used for Orks?

They will be. If you search around I should have my old thread where I put some of the gasmask heads on Bret men-at-arms. It barely looks fitting on those things so it'll look way too small for ork heads.

edit: But oooh, now I know what to do with my bret men-at-arms with gasmasks. They'll be orksies.

I use them and yes I would say they are too small for orks. Excellant idea though. Why not seperate heads for the Xenos races.
