Personally I think veterans would suit you better than the stormtroopers and they are cheaper. Also, you cannot have an assassin unless you have an inquisitor . Peronally this is good for a fluffy list. I think you will be butchered by more experienced players though.

I'd like to see some info on how you're planning to use the stuff before I critique it. Heavy flamers on tanks have never seemed that great to me, since enemies will have to be perilously close to be hit, and you'd probably get more kills with a heavy bolter anyway.

It's better to simply be an idiot, as no one can call you on it here. -H.B.M.C.
