What exactly are you trying to do with this list? You have well over 230 models if you are thinking of playing this a at a tournament you will be very lucky if you make it to turn 4 before you run out of time.
Also though you have great point capture support with this army and despite the rediculous amount of models you do only have a handful of kill points, your guards men will drop like flies when they come under fire or get charged.
You do have a fair amount of lascannons but at BS3 and the likely hood of your troops giving your opponent cover or blocking line of sight altogather I am curious how you intend to use this list correctly against Mechanized lists?

All guardsmen drop like flies when they come under fire or get charged, so that point is relatively moot...This isn't a tournament list, this is just a list I was planning out, and possibly going to use for a campaign game.
I'm simply curious about the faults, thank you for helping
It is hard to speak for a list like this because unfortunately to say anything about it accurately I would have to play test it and sadly I just don't have nearly enough guardsmen to make this list work he he he.
It is uncommon to see a IG list like this with no real tanks per'say.
Could be alot of fun but unless you alter deplyment or hold alot of your stuff in reserve I have no idea how you are going to fit all that on the table in pitched battle =/ could even be hard under normal deplyment if there is alot of terrain that just a ton of models for the 1750 bracket.
