This post deals with the attacking force in an army that is dedicated to smashing the enemies objective while properly defending your own in a high point game.

I was thinking something like this...

Captain on a bike with power sword
2 eight man squads space marine bikers with power sword, melta bombs and melta guns
3 speeders with assault cannons and heavy bolters
Land Raider Redeemer and or Land Raider depending upon the opponent, either that or 2 vindicators backed by a dev squad with las cannons

This is just for the attack wing. I am not interested in points right now I just want to know what you think about the wing. Food for thought though. I can still run six squads of bikes! For those wondering...

that's 72 bikes, 48 for troops, and 24 for fast attack. All for putting your captain on a bike.

I am going to run the wing with the vindicators in support. I like the big blast option better. I have run the wing through a few simulations against a variety of opposition and I think it should hold up well against most things.

Why not just play Ravenwing? Better characters and better special rules.
