The list is built with tourney in mind so keep that thought in check.
I use a hybrid list based on marines left for dead by horus on tstavan.Nurgle marines and Slanesh marines bonded in hate.

The list was intended to make use of doom sirens,blastermaster,battlecannon and plasma cannon your blast template list.

I think you are better off with the first list. But I would find the room to put wings on your Mon DP.

I like your lamp post icons. They are sweet. As for the list, units like Defilers, Dreds, and greater demons usually don't make the cut for competitive lists(unless spammed like defilers). If you are playing because you like the models and or just for fun, your list wokrs fairly well. A second demon prince and another nurgle or slaanesh squad would be better for a compettive environment. So would berzerkers, but if you are sticking to the two marks theme ...

Also, as far as noise marines go, I personally don't like the blast master. Paying 40 points for a 2 shot strength 5 pinning weapon isnt that great. And to use t he other method they have to not be moving, which is bad for them IMO. They make great assaulters ... 2 shootign attacks and 3 attacks on the assault in the sme turn is just too good to have them sitting back firning a one shot weapon. That's just personal pref though.

I think this list is much better competitive wise. One more thng ... Since we nixed some of your blastmasters (and the squad you plan on putting in a raider doesnt really need one either .. I know, my favorite gun from the last codex is now the 40 point don't put me on the table gun) we need to up the count of melta guns so you can handle armor. I would suggest trading the 2 plasma guns for two melta guns on your plague marine squad. And even though Marines get the better option of a pintle multimelta, you should put a combi melta on the landraider as well. It has proved surprisingly useful in my games.

Looking good. Remember to play aggressivly with a list like this. This kind of list doesn ot sit back and wait for the enemy. You rush them and pick the targets so that yoru tough stuff ties up things you don't want to deal with in assault, and your noisemarines lay out a ton of atttacks on stuff you want deadwith shooting and assault.

Imo make your second Prince Slaanesh lash also, get the 3 Heavy support slots with 3 Obliterators each and Min-max those plague and noise squads with rinos to make the extremlly competitive, even think about less troops to get in 1 or 2 little squads of terminators with combiweapons.
